N-Back Memory Training is a free puzzle game designed to improve your working memory and fluid intelligence. The game requires you to hold various items in your working memory and update them as the game progresses. The term “n-back” denotes how many trials in the past you need to remember. By default, the game starts on 2-back, and you need to press the match button if the current item matches the item that occurred two trials back in the past. The game offers four types of items to store in working memory: sounds, images, colors, and the position of a square on a 3x3 grid.
